How FindTheSurveyor Works
FindTheSurveyor is a web marketplace, not a surveying firm. Its approved public-intake workflow lets customers in England and Wales submit a survey request for administrator review. It does not activate surveyor invitations, quoting or introductions.
1. Submit and verify your request
Choose the service that most closely fits, provide the property and contact details requested, accept the current Privacy Notice and marketplace terms, and verify your email address.
The complete verified request is available only to the administrator for manual review. It is not shared with surveyors through the approved-intake workflow.
2. Administrator review
The administrator may review a verified request for spam and suitability. No review time is promised. Submission and review do not guarantee a surveyor invitation, quote or introduction.
3. Privacy boundary
The approved-intake workflow does not enable surveyor invitations, quoting, customer-surveyor messaging or introductions. Any later workflow would require separate owner, privacy, legal and operational approval.
Contract boundary
FindTheSurveyor does not perform surveys. Submitting a request does not appoint a surveyor or create a surveying contract. Any professional service, terms and payment would be agreed directly between the customer and surveyor only if they later choose to proceed.
Cost of submitting a request
FindTheSurveyor does not charge a customer to submit a request for administrator review.
