For Surveyors
Applications may be submitted for private administrator review. Applying does not activate onboarding and does not guarantee approval, an invitation, quote, introduction or work.
There is no public surveyor directory. Information and evidence supplied through the application remain private to the administrator in the approved-intake workflow.
Who may apply
RICS members and other appropriately qualified property surveyors may submit an application. Applicants must describe each qualification or membership accurately. Services are declared by the applicant; FindTheSurveyor does not assess or certify technical competence.
Information requested
The private application requests identity and contact details, exact qualifications or memberships, services, relevant experience, contracting-firm details, professional indemnity insurance evidence, coverage and availability. Supplying that information does not enable onboarding or quoting.
Where the administrator records a documentary check, it means only that the stated evidence was reviewed by the stated method on the stated date. It is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of professional work.
Administrator review
The administrator may review a completed application, request clarification or reject it. Submission does not guarantee a decision or approval. A completed review does not create a public profile, enable onboarding or quoting, or guarantee an invitation or work.
Privacy boundary
Private application evidence is not published or shown to customers through the approved-intake workflow. Any later surveyor-facing or customer-facing workflow requires separate owner, privacy, legal and operational approval.
Application charge
FindTheSurveyor does not charge a surveyor to submit an application for review. This does not announce or activate a quote or introduction service.
Apply
Apply as a surveyor. Applying does not guarantee approval, onboarding, an invitation, quote, introduction or work.
